TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AUCTION

1.     All bidders are required to have a bidder’s number to bid, registering by full name, address, driver’s license number and telephone number.

2.     Bidder is encouraged to make bids clearly visible to Auctioneer to avoid being missed.

3.     Should a dispute arise between two or more bidders, the decision of Auctioneer will be final.

4.     All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Bidders should carefully inspect each lot to determine condition and contents. The Auctioneer assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the seller.

5.     Ownership, possession, and responsibility pass immediately to the buyer when Auctioneer announces the sale of the item. Keep up with what you have what is your now, don’t let it walk away.

6.     Persons attending during preview, sale or removal of goods assume all risk of damage or loss to person or property and specifically release the Auctioneer, auction firm and personnel from liability therefore. Neither the Seller, the Auctioneer, auction firm or company principals shall be liable by reason of a defect in, or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.

7.     All sales are final with no refunds for any reason.

8.     No buyer’s premium today.

9.     All purchases must be paid for in full by end of auction and before you load up. Acceptable forms of payment include cash and approved check.

10.  All items must be removed from the auction site by the end of auction. Any item not removed today will be deemed abandoned and be resold.

11.  This auction is being recorded, so if there are any discrepancies we can review the tape recording.

12. Anybody can bid today with the intent of buying; this includes persons working for auctioneer. If I choose to bid on an item I will tell you before hand. The only person that can not bid is the seller.

13. Any additional terms or conditions of sale, added by Auctioneer, shall be announced prior to auction and will take precedence over previously written material.

14. If you have any questions please ask Auctioneer or a member of the staff to assist you. We want your auction experience to be an informed and positive one.

From I 440 in Raleigh take Exit 13 onto New Bern Ave. headed Downtown.

Go about 2 miles and turn Right onto North Raleigh Blvd. and go 0.9 miles.

Turn left onto Glascock Street and go 0.4 miles.

Turn right onto North State Street.

To get to 1200 house turn onto dirt road between two houses.
